Tandoori dishes are the result of a combination of the style of Tandoori food and the oven in which it is cooked. Tandoori dishes are marinated in yoghurt with selected herbs and spices and then cooked in a tandoor. The tandoor itself is a barrel shaped, open topped clay oven which is kept at a very hot temperature with burning charcoal. The process of cooking in this way seals in the goodness and imparts a unique and special flavour to the food. Tandoori dishes are typically served with green salad and a slice of lemon.

  Tandoori Chicken (Half)
On the bone spring chicken marinated in yoghurt sauce and herbs, chargrilled.
  Shashlick (Chicken or Lamb)
Chargrilled chunks of chicken or lamb with onions, bell peppers & tomatoes.
  Tandoori Mixed Grill
A selection of chicken tikka, lamb tikka, tandoori chicken & sheek kebab.
